Computing Technology Industry Association's CDIA+ certification represents a global standard of competency in the document imaging industry and is awarded to companies that are committed to advancing the application of document imaging by demonstrating dedication to best practices and industry standards.
This certification validates Ricoh's level of expertise in best practices used to plan, design and implement a document imaging system. Ricoh's employees receive certification by passing an exam developed by the industry's leading imaging systems vendors, distributors, and consulting organizations.
