West Caldwell, NJ, April 7, 2003 -- - Ricoh Corporation, the Dependable DigitalTM output company, today introduced several new capabilities available with Ricoh's Aficio 1075, a high-performance digital imaging system designed for the Walk-up, Print-for-Pay and Central Reprographics Departments.

This system provides production quality imaging and high-performance printing. The Aficio 1075 is designed to support the document workflow and productivity needs of today's networked office and offers complete scanning and document management, while providing total control over the creation/input, management and distribution of a company's mission critical documents.

Now available with the Aficio 1075 is the MicroPress 075R PrintLink solution that offers:

Job Splitting Capabilities that provide full integration for documents that contain both color and black and white pages

The high-volume Aficio 2090 and the Aficio 2105 allow for input efficiency, convenient digital document routing, and desktop document management with a host of professional finishing options. The Aficio 2090 and Aficio 2105 each feature a digital document routing system, which allows for rapid distribution of scanned documents while saving an organization the high cost of multiple desktop scanners. To maximize input efficiency, the series allows users to scan hard copy documents directly from the control panel to e-mail for immediate distribution. Also, the advanced finishing capabilities on the Aficio 2090 and Aficio 2105 include a 100-sheet, multi-position staple capacity with a two- and three- hole user selectable punch unit, a production bookletmaker and an interposer, helping users to achieve professional output with color output integrated into black and white documents at a cost effective price.
