RICOH ANNOUNCES NQUEUE BILLBACK ENHANCEMENT PASSES COMPATIABILITY TESTING
Upgrade Streamlines Information Accountability
West Caldwell, NJ, September 2, 2009 – Ricoh Americas Corporation, a leading provider of digital office equipment, today announced that nQueue Billback’s updated iA Embedded for Ricoh solution has passed the Ricoh Developer Program™ (RiDP™) compatibility testing process. The iA Embedded for Ricoh solution simplifies operations and reduces overall costs by providing businesses with a terminal-free solution that can be installed directly into any Ricoh multifunction product (MFP) and accessed through the MFP’s control panel, saving space and user’s time.
As a RiDP Premier Plus member, nQueue Billback had access to the Ricoh SDKs to develop this solution. By using Ricoh’s sophisticated Embedded Software Architecture (ESA) platform, nQueue Billback was able to increase their customers’ information accountability processes while reducing their cost of ownership.
Designed for professional services environments where tracking costs and usage are critical, iA Embedded for Ricoh provides organizations with the necessary features expected from a cost recovery solution, including immediate validation of client and matter data, full search capabilities and one-touch meter counts. In addition, iA Embedded for Ricoh is easy to navigate and helps organizations achieve their
sustainability goals by eliminating terminals in order to reduce electricity needed to power additional devices, waste when disposing the terminals and the resources needed to manufacture and ship the terminals.
