Ricoh Aficio 1022 sc codes 541,542,546

I have an aficio 1022 in the field that has been throwing intermittent fuser codes. I have updated all firmware replaced,entire fuser unit and installed a line filter/surge protector.It was doing it about once a week now it does it quite frequently in fact we could not get it to warm up at all this afternoon.Any help on this would be greately appreciated

Try replacing the front cover safetyswitch (fusing).
A defective switch can cause a lot of strange SC's

There are various updates to firmware to counteract these SC codes, so first update all firmwares. Secondly try a DC PSU.

Make sure that the hot roller is for 1022/1027 and not Aficio 220/270 and with the new firmware it enables new SP setting on how the code is determined. I think it is 1-103-2

try fuser idling at "1" in service mode in feed.replace the thermistors.
