Last year this machine was getting some bad press and I'm just wondering if things have improved. Is anybody selling it? Hows the color? Hows the service?

I had three in field, one was upgraded after six months, the customer could not understand the control panel. Other two are doing great and there has been no complaints, both are in LV customers doing about 2,000 pages per month, however they both needed 11x17 and color. Right machine for the right cost.
