Ricoh 4420nf + Fax forward to email | Print4Pay Hotel

I am not clear on how to set this on this fax machine. I have seen a write up for a copier but in reading the op man for this fax, it sort of indicates I will need SR Pro, whereas the copier (B089) doesnt require it. This customer only want one email destination to receive the faxes.
Can anybody give me some guidance on this?

from my poor memory, in web image monitor, login and go to the forwarding screen, create a scanner destination that has an email address, their is a bitswitch that can be set so it will be a PDF, turn on wild card and don't put in any list that would restrict which ones by an id, I beleive that is it. easier than going through the control panel.
