Consider the consequences of the colleagues who perform the day-to-day grunt work of the office. The printer, the copier, the computers and phones — these are the true workers and they are instrumental to the operation of your business. If these machines are ailing or past their prime, it is costing you time and money.

Your business could be falling behind because of old office equipment, so when do you know it’s time to upgrade? If employees say office technology is slowing their performance, if you spend more time on tech support than with your clients, or your toner cartridges become harder to find and the copier and printer functions no longer support your needs, it’s time to look at replacement.
