Recommendation for replacing HP Laserjet 4100 | Print4Pay Hotel

I have a customer whose HPLJ4100 we have serviced for fuser/controller board problems which they are now interested in replacing.

They do approximately 100,000 pages per year. But, once per year they do 36,000 letters and envelopes. They are somewhat dissatisfied with the way the HPLJ4100 has handled this task. I would be to as they have no envelope feeder. Their main complaint however is that after they do the envelopes they get lines on their normal pages.

I have explained that because the envelopes are smaller than letter size, they create uneven wear on the drum, transfer roller, etc... And recommended outsourcing these, but they insist this is not an option.

They also want a printer that is capable of handling a heavier load than the HPLJ4100.

Can anyone recommend a product that would be good for this task?
