I had a recent meeting with one of my existing clients that has a lot of Brother printers. Slowly  been taking the Brothers out with Ricoh A4's.  

We had a recent email exchange in reference to spreadsheets that I developed for cost per page on my A4's.   That IT person was stating my CPC was wrong and then emailed me thier file.  That IT person had also figured in the cost of the Ricoh A4 in his cost per page analysis. I couldn't argue with them but its a reminder that the total cost should include the hardware cost also.
