In December 2019 Marco purchased Image Systems for business in Somerset, NJ. Many of us were surprised since the annual revenue was about 5 million (manta). Kind of small for a Marco purchase.
In NJ there are Mega Dealers, and then the rest is well in the Image Systems size. Word on the street is that they will look to acquire 3-5 dealers in that 5 million range and then consolidate for one location. Again something I heard not gospel but it does make sense for the NJ market place
