Hope you and family had a nice Memorial Day Weekend.  Our called me late Friday about the volume on the Ricoh MFP.  I did a quick research and see that the average volume has increased to 7,500 per month.  Last year it was 6,000 per month and the year before it was under 5,000 per month. In addition the cost of paper has almost doubled with the average sheet of paper now costing .0146.

I have an 11AM in Lakewood and would like to stop in and refresh my memory on how the Ricoh is used.

End of email.

My quest now is more about driving content especially since we can't get MFP's.  Thus I believe finding a way to lower the print volume is via content.  One interesting fact I found is that cut sheet paper has almost doubled in cost over the last two years.  A recent search on Amazon and I grabbed the first eight companies that were selling a case of paper the cost was $73 per case. Not including the shipping!
