Good job Art! There's something to be said for longevity and stability within accounts. The RBS Rep that sold it five years ago is probably long gone, the customer had been abandoned and felt "unloved" while you've been stopping in and showing concern for the customer's well being.

Great Job Art!!! The RBS rep took their eye off the account and like a Navy Seal you planned the take down.

How could they not know it happened? They have to know what is replacing their MIF, no? Do you meant they didn't know until it was too late and how did you get around the ROE?

RBS had clue what happened until our equipment was signed, sealed and delivered. Bascially, I did them what RBS did to me four and a half years ago.

Since you're in NJ, I can't give you all my secrets unless you want to pay for a Premium Membership . There's a workaround or a solution for every opportunity.

We got around the ROE the same way RBS does in New Jersey.

If it's done right, and your competition (sales Person) isn't servicing the account well, you can completely replace their fleet before they know that it is in play.
