Dude, here's my approach to your stated problem
I use PowerPoint Slides, first they are on a landscape format, automatically setting you apart from the rest and of course in color. First couple of slides identify you first (remember you're "the main pole of the big tent" and then your company (if single line dealer another slide for them) if you're dual line, all the better, stress your ability to provide "Best in Class" solutions. Slide for guarantees and what to expect after the purchase (everyone wants to be reassured that they'll get the same consideration before AND AFTER the sale). Of course you'll have a slide to name-drop highly satisfied customers that everyone has heard of, and the effects that you've made on those folks ROI.

If you keep these slides to a minimum and keep the verbage to a minimum you can use your laptop for an initial presentation without the product/solutions specific pages.

Of course once you've gained agreement that you are a player in this transaction (key words here are the gaining agreement thing) then your "Individually Created Proposal" is not only three quarters done but your're going to show them a second time (at your proposal submission/closing appt)what they've already agreed to (see how important that gaining agreement thing was?). You finish the proposal off by including a Needs/Wants/Desires box with a side by side "This is what it is/This is what it does/This is what it'll do for you" box. Proposal is done. Bind it (you can't beat those ACCO comb bind with a High Quality Cover). Voila finished.

Where's the Pricing Page you're thinking? Contract, already filled in and tagged for signature/initial spots. A second one is in the bag mostly filled in but there is case you've got to add another unit or whatever changes you didn't anticipate.

First one you do takes the time but only once, thereafter its a breeze and once you've made the presentation from the laptop a few time you've got it down pat and will never be at a loss for words, they'll flow like Old Faithful, never changing and always the same.

For the proposal part you can leave it all on the laptop except the contract and won't have to leave it behind for the other slaestypes that follow you to get a copy of that to see if their manager can let them match it. Decision maker needs a copy, no problem, drop it back later, "when will he/she be in?". Love them PowerPoints.
