The first of its kind outside of North America, the September 10 MPS seminar will teach equipment vendors how to successfully implement a Managed Print Services program

CALGARY, ALBERTA (September 2009) – Across the world office equipment vendors are revising their business plans to offer clients a Managed Print Services (MPS) option. Although Managed Print Services benefits both the dealer and the customer, many vendors are unsure of how to successfully deliver an MPS solution to the market.

In order to shed light on all aspects of what is required to create a successful MPS program, Print Audit will be holding an MPS Secrets to Success seminar. The first of its kind to be held outside of the United States, the three hour seminar will take place at Teletech Park in Singapore on September 10.

Presenters at the seminar will include John Hewitt of Print Audit, Barry Mortimer of Print Audit Australasia and Robert Newry of Newfield IT. Over the course of three concise one-hour segments, these industry experts will cover the critical elements of MPS, from data analysis and presentation to deploying a complete MPS program. The seminar will cover the types of software solutions available and how they can be utilized to help vendors to increase their revenue and protect their current customer base.

“Our MPS seminar will answer all of the questions vendors might have about Managed Print Services and create a clear plan for data analysis and account management,” said Barry Mortimer, Managing Director of Print Audit Australasia. “Participants will leave the session with a clear understanding of print management software platforms, deployment methods and how use print management activities to increase customer value and profits.”

Those interested in attending the seminar may register at www.printauditaustralasia.com. Seating is limited.
