Re: Pre-Configured MFPs

Hey Gang,

I am looking at pre-configured MFPs (like Ricoh Signature Series), and particularly trying to understand turn-around time between order and delivery.

What is everyone's feel for the typical turn-around time between order and delivery for pre-configured MFPs from OEMs (e.g. the various Xerox configurations) and for custom configurations?

I wouldn't know, either we don't have access them or they are just available for Direct. It's been my belief that it's just a marketing ploy and all of the systems in the signature series still have to be configured. I could be wrong.

Can anyone else chime in? How about some of you from the Direct side!
