What I like about this book is that it is very specific to our industry. Steven Power is commonly called upon by copier manufacturers to speak/ teach or collaborate on sales training. His clients include HP, Lanier, Canon and his book even has a testimonial from Kirt Yoshida, CEO of Ricoh. I have the Power Selling on CD and when I was with a local Savin dealer I went through the PageTelligience training which is his PS developed for RFG. When done properly it is awesome and if you look at the way he goes about it he implements all of the points that "Getting Inside Your Customers Head" speaks about.
