What I like about this book is that it is very specific to our industry. Steven Power is commonly called upon by copier manufacturers to speak/ teach or collaborate on sales training. His clients include HP, Lanier, Canon and his book even has a testimonial from Kirt Yoshida, CEO of Ricoh.
