If you had a client who had facilities throughout the US, some in big cities, some in rural areas, call it 250 locations throughout the US, what would you do to when it comes to negotiating the maintenance in each city?  We used to be able to find dealers willing to take $0.006 b/w locked for 4 years on mid-range A3 devices but it’s getting much harder.  The customer has access to the Konica Minolta GPO for Premier Healthcare, top tier super discounted, so we usually try to find a dealer who will take it before we ask KM branch to honor their contract but we really don’t like giving anything to KM because their customer service is horrible and the customer usually isn’t taken care of whatsoever.

No we’re out of Konica and our single line dealership is looking a picking up Kyocera but they really don’t give any deals on equipment to dealers unless you purchase multi millions of dollars of machines.

Just wondering what you would advise when trying to acquire low rates out of town?
