AUSTIN, TX, Jun 09, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- One Source Networks (OSN), the global voice and managed services partner of choice for large enterprises, today announced the purchase of the assets and customer base of StarView Solutions (StarView), an Austin-based provider of cloud voice solutions.
The acquisition enables OSN to further scale its traffic volume, supplier relationships and back office systems. Through the transaction, OSN gains approximately 2 billion annual voice minutes, 14 million peered DIDs, relationships with over 100 new suppliers, and advanced automated voice provisioning and DID management capabilities.
The purchase expands the products available to StarView's customers by adding data, managed services and advanced voice services to the previous portfolio. The transaction also expands customer support capabilities by utilizing OSN's highly experienced operational and engineering teams. OSN's advanced certifications in innovative services such as Microsoft Lync, and its deep relationships with international suppliers, will further enhance the StarView customer experience.

Formerly president and co-founder of StarView, Mr. Griffin has over 20 years of telecommunications sales experience, including senior roles at Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) and MCI (now Verizon).
