OKI Data Wins Sanity Printer Contract

Global printer manufacturer, OKI Data, has won a contract to deploy high performance mono printers in Sanity retail locations across Australia.

Under the contract, OKI will deploy its B431dn range of printers in 120 stores operated by the entertainment retailer, which specialises in music and movies.

OKI Data Australia ANZ Marketing Manager, Antonio Leone, said installation of the high performance printers would allow Sanity to reduce costs “by tracking and controlling printer usage and generating detailed reports for assigning costs to individuals and store locations."

“We are delighted that Sanity, one of Australia’s leading entertainment retailers has selected OKI to help improve productivity and deliver a superior customer experience.”

“These easy to use desktop printers give Sanity advanced productivity features in a robust and compact design that’s perfect for the store environment.”

According to Leone, Sanity selected OKI printers based on the solution’s quality and productivity, three-year warranty, and nationwide technical services support.

“Also critical was OKI’s 30 minute average printer break fix time enabling Sanity to maintain its strong brand promise for customer service excellence.”
