Matching the versatility of the Océ CS2344 is its ability to handle an almost unlimited range of media types: from draft, standard and premium paper grades, through glossy and photo papers, to films and specialty media such as canvas, linen, vinyl and Tyvek®. Océ has ensured that all these media types are very easy to use with media profiles that perfectly match ink dosage to the specific media and to the printer. These ensure results that are consistent and right first time, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming trial & error.
Ease of use with zero learning curve
The media profiles underline the overall ease of use of the Océ CS2344. All aspects of operation have been designed to be clear and intuitive, with a zero learning curve so operators are immediately productive and require no specific training.
Light fastness for outdoor durability
The new 8-color pigment ink technology of the Océ CS2344 offers light fastness, so prints have high durability for many years of outdoor use. The pigment inks are 100% water-based and solvent-free, resulting in a healthier working environment.
Double printhead design combines speed and productivity
Another new printing technology in the Océ CS2344 is the double integrated printheads. These combine high speed, quality and productivity on all types of printing work. Print speed is less than 2 minutes per full-color A0 print (draft mode with Océ standard paper). Further increasing productivity, the bulk ink system with optional 700 ml ink tanks extends time between ink replenishment.
