Nuance acquires Copitrak | Print4Pay Hotel

I just heard from an irate Director f IT from one of the larger Law Firms in my state who was "pissed off" that Nuance just purchased Copitrak. He fled Equitrac for Copitrac because of poor support, he reluctantly still uses eCopy ShareScan because he needs the functionality, Hates the lack of support from Nuance, but gets good support from NECS. He is asking to look at other options to copitrak now that they are part of Nuance.

I can say that I have heard a number of firms that left Equitrac for Copitrak due to poor support. So it's not just this one firm.

What other options in this space do you sell, support, or recommend?
