Ray, you don't need to do that. They will drown themselves by not caring about their employees and their clients. Look at what the big manufacturer branches are doing and some of the OEM's. Those attitudes along with lack of training  of sales and service people in an industry that is at best flat, will result in fewer players. 

That of course opens the door to great companies like ours, Sumnerone covering the Midwest.  Carl Little
