A few questions on this line and recent Ricoh technologies:

1) Any updates on adoption of the new stapleless finisher?  Has anyone actually sold these and are Ricoh reps pushing them?

2) After a year on the market, how are you guys feeling about the optional 10.1" Smart panels?  How often are you selling them and what are the likes/dislikes?

3) How do you feel about Ricoh ICE so far?  How is the adoption and what are your likes/dislikes from the sales side?

Thanks for any insights!

A few questions on this line and recent Ricoh technologies:

1) Any updates on adoption of the new stapleless finisher?  Has anyone actually sold these and are Ricoh reps pushing them? Have not sold one yet, and I'm thinking it's for a few reasons.

A. Finishers are not as important to end users for this segment of color

B. I'm forgetting that we have this really cool feature!

2) After a year on the market, how are you guys feeling about the optional 10.1" Smart panels?  How often are you selling them and what are the likes/dislikes?  I've sold about 4, I think they are awesome, but the last thing I want as a rep is that have customers calling me because they don't understand how the op panel works.  Thus, I tend to shy away from selling it to existing customers, but will present to net new business.

3) How do you feel about Ricoh ICE so far?  How is the adoption and what are your likes/dislikes from the sales side? It's ok, fills the gap for scanning to word or excel without using PPDM.  What I don't like is that you can only scan to one folder.
