Good morning everyone. I have a client who has tons of printers across their manufacturing facilities. We put an MPS plan in place for them with all new brother workhorse series printers. The users on the production lines replace the toner and also pull on the drum each time a toner needs to be replaced. They/we have done trainings with the staff to teach them to not pull the drum every time the toner is out but they continue to do it. It is obviously affecting our profitability.
The IT Manager asked if we had a printer that had a single unit drum/toner cartridge in any printer make/model. I am not aware of any until you go back to throw away staples crap.
Does anyone know any printers that will have a single unit?
