Need some help on these models

I need some assistance from the Ricoh people out there. This is in regards to the C5501 or C5502. Has the C5501 been discontinued? When did the C5502 come out?

If you were selling this to a church what would the purchase price be and service cost per copy for 15K black per month? I assume these come with 4 trays automatically.

mpc 5501 discontinued
mpc 5502 launched about a month ago

System comes with two trays, print, scan and document feeder. I'll look this up and get back to you, with a church we woudl use NCPG.

I would be doing the deal using NCPG pricing. I wouldn't make a great profit on the deal but I would easily beat the competition. It is rare to lose a church deal when using NCPG. NCPG retail price to the church is usually at or slightly below a dealer's normal cost.

What does NCPG stand for? Is that just for churches or is that all non-profits?

Can you give me a idea the cost of the above configuration using NCPG pricing?

NCPG is the National Church Purchasing Group which is designed for the religious organizations. For other not for profits you can use U.S. Communities. If you are a Ricoh dealer you can find pricing through the Aficio League. Hope this helps.
