Hoping someone can recommend a fix or solution. We removed a Ricoh wide format device and that device was able to send scanned documents to multiple scan folders on the server.
We installed a new KIP color and that device will only send the scan to one folder on the server.
is there any third party work around, maybe something will will monitor a folder and then forward to multiple destinations?
