Ok, customer got a new desktop mac, he had a pc. His personal printer a ricoh has PSIII. He is telling me that he is running Parallels Desktop for running windows 8.1 on a MAC.
He wants to load the print driver, but is not finding one on the internet. I'm at a loss here, shouldn't he just be able to load the PSIII driver for MAC and everything should be good?
