My Sharp Demo Page

Essentially an online manual that is customized to a clients machine(s) and installed options.

Instructions regarding various features can be viewed as PDF or video. It is a much easier way for customers to learn how to use certain features this way as opposed to reading the manual. This is due to the fact that most copier operator manuals are written by people who have been fired from writing VCR manuals.

I don't think so, however on the disks that come with the system there is an html/browser type version of the manual. It's much better than thumbing through the manual.
Here is how to sell against MY SHARP. I have worked for Sharp many years. First the dealer has to build the site. It is quite limited and there are a handful of features that can be displayed for each function. Although it is a cool feature the reality is that it is barely used. I have set many of these up in the past but on follow up they were not used. It is a nice catch and talk track but should not be a deal breaker. You can also view MY SHARP video for free right on the LCD panel. But of course most never take the time to figure out how to do this nor set it up. You can also download manuals right off the HD of the device that are an interactive PDF manual. However the new generation HTML manuals are a pain in the ***. The navigation is horrible. They have also embedded the manual on the MFP with the same html structure. When I first started playing around with those new interfaces it took 2 days to figure out how to scan to USB.
