Amsterdam, Netherlands – October 22, 2009 – MWA Intelligence, Inc. (MWAi), a leader in enterprise-class M2M (machine-to-machine) and M2P (machine-to-people) solutions and services, is launching a national service support program to provide dealers and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers with advanced and competitive MPS (Managed Print Services) capability and support.

“I am pleased to announce this breakthrough in the field service offering that incorporate the use of automation and service personnel across the United States! The new MPS marketplace demands that, end user customers are looking for one-stop MPS providers with not only reduced TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) but SLA (Service Level Agreement) quality and strong maintenance capabilities including supplies management. For an end user clients’ multi-vendor printer environment, there has been a strong demand in the channel for programs that facilitate additional supplies and service/maintenance opportunities. The channel has also been looking for the infrastructure that helps provide their MPS program for national and major accounts with offices are geographically dispersed beyond their service areas. This is where MWAi comes in with the implementation of a new program to fulfill all of the customer/end users MPS needs.” Said Michael T. Stramaglio, CEO and President of MWA Intelligence, Inc.

This program will consist of two phases. In the first phase, immediately available is printer on-site repair and maintenance. MWAi customers will benefit additional service/supplies revenue by signing up and outsourcing a quality and cost competitive printer maintenance program for the equipment out of the customer’s service scope. Next, MWAi is in the process of forming the M2M/P-based National Help Desk network to support national accounts. MWAi will provide a central help desk to manage the service calls generated for national accounts. Dealers participating in the National Service network will be connected on the company’s leading-edge Intelligent Service Management (IS) systems that handle the exchange of calls between the center and dealers.

MWAi’s M2M/P solution suite is the backbone of the program and will provide automation and operational efficiencies and differentiated maintenance offering to the end user customers.When equipped, Intelligent Device Management (IDM) will monitor equipment at nationally dispersed end user sites, and automatically communicate with the center IS system usage, status, service alerts and supplies information from multi-vendor models to support the variety of MPS menu that MWAi customers can offer.
