Please let me know if there is a reference for MPS service fees. It might be vary from country to country, but I would like to get some samples used for real business. Thanks in advance.

In addtion to h/w devices, it seems like more than the following service fees are included when calculating cpp - installation & delivery, supplies, maintenance, user training, fleet management, and etc. I would like to know how these service fees are calculated. If you could provide references, it will be greatly helpful to me. Thanks.

I can tell you of all the factors, understanding the projected print volume becomes the most important. It is hard to calculate the rest without it.

We pull info like that from BLI, so that's the reference you may be looking for. I don't know what type of subscription we have, but it's a monthly fee type service.
