Here goes, customer wants to print wireless and scan wireless. Problem: Cost of the Ricoh wireless solution.

I thought we could add a wireless print server that would connect to the USB port for wireless printing and scanning, here are the specs:

One of my techs is telling me that scanning won't work through the USB port. I'm saying the MPC 2030 is a TWAIN device and why wouldn't work through the USB? Can anone help with this??? I need an answer asap!
