Curious if these rates include Toner? What are thoughts on the TCRU program and it's effect on the dealers costs to service. Does TCRU cause more need for a tech to respond caused by the trained customercausing add'l problems or are there fewer needs due to TCRU's being installed. I've wondered about this for a while but have no way to benchmark.
One step to viability is knowing what the cost of the units are. I have asked at the TSC Booth at the last two Ricoh Visions and followed up after each one and have yet to have anyone tell me how much the units are and how to go about ordering them.
Would be nice though to have the unit ship with an additional set, this way the customer and the dealer can both benefit. Upon installtion the trainer oir installer can instruct the user on how to replace, and the customer will feel more comfortable with always having these units on hand.
