I just installed several of these & some MP 5000s & 4000s at a healthcare client of mine that uses an ERP called Centricity.

We rolled out the PCL 6 drivers from the server, but the client had the following complaints when printing:

[LIST] Inability to use Locked Print function (setup properly in driver but prints out immediately)

Inability to print Landscape documents in landscape. They print in portrait. Yes, there was paper in the machine landscape.

Top of some pages is cut off

Finisher does not appear even though it is turned on in the printer settings.

We tried deleting the printer and installing PCL 5 instead, but that didn't help. The only solution we've found thus far that gives them full functionality is loading the printer driver locally on every workstation (over 150), but their new I.T. guy is obviously opposed to this.

Does anyone have experience with integrating into Centricity, and if so, what would you recommend for this scenario?

I have run into a similar situation like this where we did not have full functionality after installing the driver on a server and pushing it out to the clients.
It is usually a problem when you are working with an ERP type program as you mention. The only way you can fix it is to have some type of script written to that program or load the driver on the workstations.
We loaded it on the workstation but only had to do it on about 15.
I will forward this to my IT support manager and he may be able to help.

That sounds like several cases that I have worked. You should call the Software and Solutions team. We have some ways of looking at the print drivers and print steam that can determine what the actual problem is. From what you are describing, the ERP system is not fully PCL compatible. The functions that are not showing up are driven in the Windows section of the print process. That is what usually is the case and sometimes the driver needs to be looked at, sometimes the application. I would check with the ERP developers and ask them why the functions to not appear. However, this is shooting from the hip given that I can't see the missing data on the screens.
