This is what I see for vendors:

1a) Xerox/Fuji Xerox
1b) HP
3) Ricoh/IKON
4) Canon/Oce
5) Lexmark
6) Toshiba
7) Pitney Bowes
8) Konica Minolta
9) Oki Data
Everyone Else) Samsung, Sharp, Kyocera Mita

But I am more specifically interested in the third party providers to the dealer community.
One thing we are looking at doing is using FMAudit as our monitoring/management software and Barrister for service. Toner and maintenance kits would most most likely come from a local distributor. In order to do this, you must be willing to cobble all of these pieces together, but it gives you more flexibility to be creative in your pricing than some of the canned approaches allow.
