Mission Viejo’s AUXILIO Inc., a managed print services (MPS) provider for the healthcare industry, is holding an informal webinar on Friday, Dec. 8 at 8 a.m. hosted by Modern Healthcare. Modern Healthcare is a source of healthcare business and policy news, research and information.

The webinar will deal with the benefits and value of executing AUXILIO’s MPS strategy in hospitals to cut costs and minimize the use of paper. The event seeks to provide hospital executives with advice in preparing for electronic health records to “go live”.

Titled “Hospital Execs Share How to Save Millions by Driving Business Innovation Solutions”, the webinar will be moderated by Joseph J. Flynn, president and CEO of AUXILIO, and features a panel of prominent hospital executives, including Steve Faup, vice president of Supply Chain Operations for New Jersey’s Barnabas Health; and Scott Raymond, executive director of Information Services for MemorialCare Health System.

“We have developed this online seminar with the assistance of Modern Healthcare’s webinar team and esteemed panelists to provide a wide platform for hundreds of hospital executives seeking best practice solutions to drive down costs and implement electronic records by managing their print environments,” Flynn said. “As I travel the country, … I found that there is a misunderstanding of what managed print services brings to the table when considering solutions to cutting costs, improving process efficiencies in the print environment and preparing for e-records. This webinar will help clear up the confusion and demonstrate real time savings that are achievable through MPS.”
