Microstation and Plotbase

Anyone out there have a 240 or 470 that is printing from Microstation SE or V8?
I have a client who's drawings are scaling correctly but are cutting off short.
Anyone with a customer using the above programs and plotting successfully, please let me know what you or they are doing and what drivers are being used.
Very Urgent.
