A Mount Laurel information technology services company has been acquired by a New England-based provider of “NextGen” managed services, it announced Thursday.
Thrive, which is based in Foxborough, Massachusetts, has added Apex IT Group, which serves companies in the greater Philadelphia area, it said in a news release. Apex IT Group delivers its managed IT services to small to midsized businesses.
Apex will now be a “founding staple” of Thrive’s mid-Atlantic region, which is overseen by Jason Shirdon, executive vice president and regional general manager.
