The case against former Henrietta town supervisor Michael Yudelson was adjourned Monday in contemplation of dismissal, and he was ordered to pay $465.53 in restitution for allegedly misusing a town copying machine during his unsuccessful 2013 re-election campaign.

 

If he is not charged with any crimes over the next six months, the charges will be completely dismissed.  More here
