Major Dealer Pain Points

Hey all- I'm doing some research on what the MAJOR dealer pain points are. It can be ANYTHING related to running a MFP dealership

-what takes the most time/inconvenient
-what costs the most 
-what are the challenges in the marketplace/channel
-what parts are getting more challenging
-anything related to sales/training

AND then pain points relating to the manufacturer relationships (administrative, price, promo structure, competition vs. direct branches). 

Any info and thoughts are greatly appreciated!!
