We're running into an issue with several Mac users.  Here is the general run down, when printing a PDF and using the "magazine" feature of the MFP either through the print driver or the application, pages are not centered.  When the same document is printed from a PC it is correct.

The only workaround we have found is to print the document to the Document Server and go into the Doc. Server through Web Image Monitor or from the MFP touch screen and use the MFP to create the magazine.  This means if you want an 8 1/2 x 11 inch booklet, pages must be sent as 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.

It seems this is somewhat of a known issue and has something to do with Mac, the PPD or Adobe Reader for Mac or a combination of those.

I did try the same with a Kyocera and found the same issue.  I'd appreciate any feedback or thoughts on this matter.  Mac users don't like to hear that there might be something that Windows does better than Mac.

First, make sure you are using the Ricoh driver from the ricoh website and not whatever generic driver the Mac automatically set the printer up with.  start there.

Second, Check the print settings at the driver level when you print paying attention to how the document fits the page and such.

Third,  Adobe Acrobat has quite a few print settings hidden in the system preferences in the background of Acrobat.  I have had a couple of instances where the only way to get things to print properly on a mac was to dig into these settings.
