Does anyone have a customer using this product to create PDF files? I am trying to close a deal but the PDF that we received as a test does not print properly. The thumbnail in Plotbase matches the paper output but the thumbnail does not match the original file when viewed in Adobe. When the file is opened in the Scantool Editor, the image is changed (it actually mathces the PB thumbnail and paper output). The problem is that there are very faint lines that appear in a dark shaded section when viewing the file but the lines are lost when you print. The rest of the image is fine. Any ideas?
