If anyone has attended one of our Monster Garage events, you would have gotten an opportunity to compare the 3245C to the KM C450. One of the first things that reps see, is the productivity difference ... in every test done by Industry Analysts, the 3245C out performed the C450 for B&W and color output. Using 10 original and asking for 10 sets, our average speed was 42ppm and the C450 was 24.3ppm.

For what it's worth I have heard that because the display kind of hangs down in front of the machine (for handicapped access) it can be run into and/or hit by someone walking by and it can get damaged. The maybe expensive repair would not be covered under the maintenance contract normally.
