RAMSEY, N.J. - April 11, 2005 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has acquired Business Systems, Inc. (BSI) and its affiliate, BTW Services, Inc. (BTW), the largest suppliers of digital office equipment in the Wichita, Kansas area. The companies, focused on providing and supporting network services and document management and workflow analysis, are transitioning from Canon to Konica Minolta products. Founded in 1970, BSI and BTW service many of the state's largest organizations in the aircraft, legal and manufacturing industries.

Konica Minolta purchased BSI and BTW from owners Alan and Roberta Whetzel, longtime residents and respected business people of the Wichita community. Alan will continue to provide consultation and assistance in the growth and success of the companies, and 28-year veteran and general manager, Steve Finley, will oversee the day-to-day operations. The companies have a combined 43 employees, with an average tenure of over 15 years.

Konica Minolta Acquires Nevada Business Systems

RAMSEY, N.J. - April 11, 2005 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has acquired Nevada Business Systems, Inc., a full-service Konica Minolta dealer servicing Las Vegas and Clark County, Nev. Nevada Business Systems will operate as a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. and maintain its Las Vegas headquarters and roster of 20 employees.

Konica Minolta purchased Nevada Business Systems from Gary Martin, a 42-year veteran of the copier industry, who will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the company. Martin purchased the company in 1994 and changed its name from Preferred Copy to Nevada Business Systems in order to reflect the technological evolution of the copier industry. Preferred Copy had been a Konica dealer since 1976.
