NEW YORK & SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Retail Federation’s “Retail BIG Show” 2014 -- Keystone Enterprise Services, today announced that it has become one of the first full turnkey services providers offering Intel® Retail Client Manager (Intel® RCM) software. Using Intel RCM, Keystone helps retailers and retail product marketers manage the delivery and display of multimedia content and messaging on Digital Signage and retail video screens for maximum messaging impact with shoppers.
“We are excited to be one of the first turnkey managed service providers in the Digital Signage marketplace to be able to leverage these Intel technologies in our offerings”
Keystone’s suite of services offer retailers a unique end-to-end managed solution for deploying and operating interactive multimedia networks for Digital Signage, employee training and communications, including live events. Keystone’s services will incorporate Intel® Retail Client Manager (Intel® RCM) software, and make use of Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) that allows for greater manageability of systems and Intel® AIM Suite for anonymous viewer analytics.
Intel® RCM allows retailers to more effectively manage the delivery of digital video and interactive multimedia content to video screens and digital consumer touch points such as Digital Signage, Kiosks, Intelligent Vending, and Point-of-Sale. Intel® AIM Suite allows retailers to gather anonymous shopper screen-viewing behavior and demographics such as gender, age bracket, and viewing duration -- all in near real-time. Intel AMT enables remote management of digital signage devices, such as players with reduced onsite maintenance costs.
“We are excited to be one of the first turnkey managed service providers in the Digital Signage marketplace to be able to leverage these Intel technologies in our offerings,” said Keven Cahoon, CEO of Keystone. “This news means that, as a retailer or product manufacturer, you now have available to you a turnkey managed network service that can help you gain from these exciting Intel® technologies. Whether the application is for communicating to shoppers, or with a workforce on the retail floor -- with Keystone services you can focus even more on your content, messaging and marketing.”
“Intel RCM offers makes it easier and simpler for companies to manage and dynamically change content on their digital signage networks for better return on investment,” said Joe Jensen, general manager of Intel’s Retail Solutions Division. “By offering Intel RCM in combination with their suite of managed services for digital signage networks, Keystone retail customers will now have better system manageability and analytics technology.”
For both retailers and/or their pro audio-visual equipment (pro A/V) suppliers helping to create their own retail TV channels, Keystone’s services let them design, manage, deliver, and display content across the network, whether via broadband, WiFi, or satellite. Keystone’s turnkey services also include installation of players and displays, help-desk services, and ongoing maintenance and support.
Pro A/V suppliers can also package Keystone “white label” service under their own brand.
