CompassMSP has acquired new offices in Miami and Tampa following the purchase of Western Digitech, an information technology services company for the legal industry.
Jacksonville-based CompassMSP now has 19 workers in Coral Gables, 24 employees in Miami and three in Tampa following the deal. CompassMSP currently has a total of 46 workers with plans to hire more across its offices in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as it expands, according to CompassMSP Business Development Manager Gonzalo Gonzalez.
The merger will allow Compass MSP to make its IT services more available to smaller and mid-sized businesses, the company said in a statement. It will also allow it to expand its legal IT services by hiring specialists. read more here
