It's a Great Time to Offer PCS Director & PCSD Embedded!

Last week, Print Audit (the makers of PCS Director software) announced the release of an update to Ricoh PCS Director Embedded and Secure Embedded software. This is an important update and we wanted to communicate some great ways that you can position this new release for your customers immediately.

1. Target Law Vertical With New Enhancements

The new PCSD Embedded software includes the ability to process multiple jobs to different client/matter codes within the same (login) session. This enhancement is significant for the Law vertical, and other charge-back users. PCS Director is currently used by over 1,000 law firms and integrates with popular legal accounting systems such as PCLaw, ProLaw, ESILAW, Timeslips, Juris and TABS III.

2. Exploit Microsoft Dropping Support for XP

Microsoft is ending its support for Windows XP in April 2014 and as a result many organizations will be forced to update their computer systems at that time. In many cases the cost recovery solutions used currently by these firms will also require upgrades in order to run on the latest OS platforms. Not all charge-back solutions support Windows 8 or Mac 10.9. PCS Director does! PCSD is compatible with all Windows and Mac OS's supported by Microsoft and Apple.

3. Bundle PCS Director with Latest Ricoh Devices

Ricoh has certified PCS Director Embedded 6.1.5 and PCS Director Secure Embedded 1.1.16 as compatible with the latest generation (Java 11) of Ricoh Services-Led Platform multifunction devices.

The newest versions of PCS Director Embedded and PCS Director Secure can be downloaded at www.pcsdirector.com.
