CHICAGO, Dec. 1, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InnerWorkings, Inc. (Nasdaq:INWK), a leading global provider of managed print and promotional solutions for corporate clients, announced today that it has entered into an enterprise outsourcing procurement agreement with The Scotts Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE:SMG), the world's leading marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products.

Under this agreement, Scotts will outsource all of its direct mail, point of purchase and commercial print and print related procurement to InnerWorkings.
