Its not a Samsung. We are a dealer. The print engines are extremely reliable but I find the user interface and web interface of the HP MFPs to be weak compared to a Ricoh or Canon. The interface is the biggest weakness in the product. I will have the new models in my showroom in about a month. Given Ricoh's collapse in getting us equipment I plan on leading with HP as soon as these come in.
