This message was PM'd to me, can we help!)

I'm Tweety and I'm wondering if you can help me on this matter. I was searching around in the message board and found out the message you wrote about the fax routing below. Right now I'm facing the situation similar to what you probably have gone through to do the fax routing.

I have a customer who has 5 different fax #’s. They already currently have several Ricoh MFP’s throughout their building. They want to be able to direct incoming faxes to 5-7 different email addresses. Is this possible? They are probably going to buy a 5510NF because current machine is basically up on lease. So is there a way or a solution that is basically able to forward to appropriate email address.
I heard that I can use the Sub code to route the received fax to the corresponding users' emails. But, I don't know how it works.

You can set-up the inbound fax routing to go to as many people as the group size can hold. For example, if you set up the quick dial (1) as a group with seven e-mail addresses, then select that quick dial as your router, all of the seven email addresses will recieve the forwarded fax. Hope this helps, I have found this as a very valuable tool to close deals. Let me know if you need any more help.
