A recent acquisition will position legal software company iManage LLC as a risk and compliance solution to law firms and other professionals that use its cloud-based email and document management products, a company officer told Bloomberg Law.
The Chicago-based company announced Sept. 7 that it acquired risk and compliance software provider Elegrity. The acquisition is part of iManage’s plans for a platform that can help legal professionals manage risks as well as documents, from client intake until a matter closes.
